Pastor reminded us of the riches in God. He said that there is so much in God. he spoke about the fact that the riches of redemption are so huge and massive. If care is not taken we will not be fully pressed into what the Father has called us to experience and have in Him.
The only thing that can be used to capture that, although used in the corporate world is called peak performance. He said there are unlimited possibilities in God which he described as Peak performance.
Jesus gave a parable of a widow who kept persisting on, asking the unrighteous judge to avenge her in Luke 18:1
The judge said if I do not answer her she will wear me out.
The woman got to a point where she would not give up. This is why Christ said, “..men ought to pray and not to faint.”This is why we must ask continuously, until our joy is full, and until we see the hand of God to complete and perfect all that concerns us. If salvation is complete and nothing to add to our salvation, there are realities we must walk in.
We are complete in Him. There are things that accompany salvation. There are realities and dimensions in God that are working. Nothing can be compared to salvation. There are signs and wonders. There are experiences of God.
We must walk in it. We must experience it. We must not just talk about the power of God, we must demonstrate the power of God. There are experiences, we cannot just experience one and leave the other. We must embrace the totality of God.
It is seeming of this generation to talk down on a part of God and talk down on the other. We must embrace the totality of God and experience God.
We must walk in all that we are available in, we must walk in them.
We will not get into heaven and the Lord says, “we did not embrace and press into all that He did for us.
Unto Him who is able to do according to the power that works in us. Even in our highest prayer, desire and hope of whatever we have asked from God is not as high as what He is able to do according to the power that works in us. Ephesians 3:20
There are people that do not pray on matters that money can address. Our request and prayers when it is material shows where we are. There are men that do not pray for such material things. This is why our request in prayer cannot match the height of the totality of God’s ability.
There is a word “dare” in the context. Ephesians 3:20 (AMP)
This means we have per understanding of the reality of God’s word we have different people and needs in the place of prayer. There are things others will not ask.
That is the reality. This is a space where every believer is.
There are songs we have not written. This is because we do not know. There are songs that we have written and that we do not know that there is so much more. There are books that are locked inside of us. This is why the richest place is the graveyard. Many people went to the grave with so much resources, ability, power without the use of them. This is a place where there is so much of God’s possibility and ability locked on the inside and was only carried into heaven back.
God said in Jeremiah 22:6, ” Call unto me and I will answer you, I will show you great and mighty things you do not know of.” Another version says:
“….the things that are fenced in…”
It is not because He is hiding it from us but rather hiding it for us. He wants to show us.
There is readiness in God for us to unveil and unfold.
Psalms 2:8 Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.
We are being given a blank cheque by God to write what we want done, what will it be?
This is why we must understand fully well that He has so much more than our cravings and our prayer request. This craving is in the heart of men concerning nations. There are believers that have the cravings of the Father in their hearts.
God has His own request. It is the burden of God on us to see all men saved and come to the knowledge of the truth.
The reason why we have private aircraft owned by ministers of God that were made stranded by flight delays (constraints of men) is the reason they need it. They asked God that they want to go the length for Him, and He answered them.
We must not have any sense of arrival. There is so much waiting for us in God.
Pastor emphasized that there is so much more in God. There are places we must reach, things we must do and lives we must touch for God. There are realities in God you walk in. Without walking in it, you have not maximally carried out the counsel, plans and purpose of God for your life.
The Father sees us the way he sees Jesus, so if he will not deny Jesus then he will not deny us. Whatever we ask, God is able to do. There is a tendency for us not to embrace certain areas of our walk with God. However, that will not be to our benefit. We need to embrace all areas of our walk with God.
Pastor further explained that there is a possibility to keep growing in the Lord and his word but there is a part, phase, and generation of believers that want to celebrate which is good but they are not harnessing the power of God.
They are blinded by their desire to grow in the word of God; however, they are not actually intentional about the communication of the power of God.
They have the desire to grow, teach the revelation of God’s word which is great.
Acts 14:1-3 And it came to pass in Iconium, that they went together into the synagogue of the Jews, and so spoke, that a great multitude both of the Jews and of the Greeks believed.
But the unbelieving Jews stirred up the Gentiles, and poisoned their minds against the brethren.
Therefore, for a long time they remained there, speaking boldly in the Lord, who gave testimony to the word of his grace, and granted signs and wonders to be done by their hands.
These men were so bold in teaching the word of God, they had testimonies. The scriptures also showed us what God did among them. God gave testimonies to the word of his grace and granted signs and wonders to be done through them.
He further taught us that there is a dimension we must come into as believers, a fullness of God that we must express in which we’ll teach the word of his grace, in all soundness and boldness. We will be loud about it and grow deeper in it. We will understand and be stable in it, not tossed to and fro by winds of doctrine. However, there’s a possibility not to embrace the totality of this word of God when we are not giving expressions to the power of God.
Where Jesus taught and preached, the power of God was present to heal. God backs up his word of grace with his power. It is not enough to be fed with the word of God but to express and walk in it. We must embrace the totality of God even in the premise of our ministries to the saints of God.
We must be a carrier of the word and power of God. You must be able to proffer solutions by the power of God in you. Let the word of God in your mouth bring solutions and create experience beyond letters.
The spirit of counsel and might in a believer must be in full demonstration in our ministry. It brings out the thoughts of your heart before the word of God. It is called the spirit of counsel and it is superior to counselling. The spirit of might is the spirit of power. The spirit of counsel and might can wrought mighty things through a believer.
Don’t just over celebrate an aspect and deny other areas. Do not deny the supernatural power of God and its tangibility.
While we are ministering we should give room to the spirit of counsel through us. Jesus had it, he worked in it therefore, we must experience and walk in it too.
The anointing of God in us is for performance and prominence. Let the grace to function be expressed through your life also.
It is not God’s will that we give performance to his word in the life of men and we are not beneficials of the same life.
There is much more in God.
Ephesians 1:15-16
Paul ceased not to pray for the saints. He maintained his posture in prayer for them.
He prayed that they may fully comprehend all that God did in Christ. He wanted us to perform maximally.
In other words, someone can live and die without the full understanding and experience of the greatness of his power toward us. You may not fully comprehend what he wrought in Christ. And Paul was praying that he would cease not to pray.
Pastor explained that what Paul was saying is that he wants believers to come to a place where they will perform maximally. A place where they will have full understanding of all that is available in Christ Jesus. A place where believers will come to the full experience of everything that Jesus died for.
In coming to the full experience of what the father wrought in Christ. Paul ceased not to pray, he embraced the culture of persistent prayer. So if Paul did not stop, you too should not stop.
Pastor went on to explain Ephesians 1:19 that there is something called the greatness of his power towards us and that is why it seems some people are more bold and daring than us because they have come to the space where they recognize the greatness of his power towards them.
So based on that understanding they are daring and asking in making requests to the Lord. There is supernatural boldness in their operations. There are things they are stepping out to believe God for.
So, the reason why some people will not experience a dimension in God is not because those things are not available in God, the reason why some people will not walk in the totality of all the father has made available for us in Christ Jesus is not because those experiences are not available,but because we are not daring enough to ask.
The scriptures say that your joy may be full.
John 16:24
Ephesians 3:13- 20
Pastor still explained that there is a possibility not to come to full comprehension. And that our comprehension will be a matter before the Lord. Paul also had a great comprehension of the depth, length, height of the love of the father. That love captured Paul, his heart has been captured by the love of Christ.
Paul preached, he taught and also prayed men into what he taught. It is not enough to teach well and also soundly, there is also a dimension where you carry men into the reality of what they are hearing. Having the ability to work in love regardless of the pain in your heart.
Pastor explained that as a church, our journey is far, we are not there yet. He made us know that we are not in our peak season but if we don’t press into it we will waste the harvest
God is sending in the days to come.
Even while praying and believing for the harvest, you must work towards it.
He made us understand that we must create the right atmosphere. There is a level of intentionality that we must embrace in receiving all the father has for us if not it will elude us, seem like a mirage. So we are not building by the size of our pocket but by vision.
Harvest is coming, let’s build with vision and run with understanding. When we truly understand vision it will change a whole lot about us. Our giving will change, we will carry the burden well. This also applies to our personal life, business, career, finances, and health.
Don’t die before God calls you home. Work on yourself, be the best. Live a life that glorifies God. Your career, job, business is not at its peak yet. There is so much more in God. Don’t stay in one spot for too long. If it persists there should be a holy anger on your inside. It’s not desperation or greed. Be conscious of the desire to express the power of God, give attention to it.
