This month, our focus is “More and More.” We are looking at 1 Thessalonians 4, where the Bible exhorts us that as we have received how we ought to walk and please God, so we should abound “more and more.” The resultant effect of our walk with God is that we should walk in newness.

The last teaching was an introduction to what we would be looking at in this section. One thing that stood out for me clearly from what God was saying to us is that God is calling us to be more so that we can do more. You see, the “being” is superior to the “doing”.

Having looked at the peace of God via the consciousness of His presence and the scripture. One of the ways to also access the peace of God is through prayer. In the place of prayer, we can lay hold on the peace of  God. Philippians 4:6-7  Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer
