Most times what we fear does not exist. What Job was scared of did not exist. Even the devil knew that God had placed an edge around Job but he was still afraid that the devil would kill his children. He presented a lot of sacrifice on behalf of his children to keep them preserved, but that act was done out of fear. Job thought the sacrifices were needed to keep the children.
Fear is false evidence appearing real; so you have to be bold. You have to be bold when dealing with your career, business, relationship, etc. Fear can cripple a man, in decision making, finances, etc.
Somebody needs to take a step against the reasoning of men, move against logic, the norm, make mind-blowing steps. One cannot get born again outside the spirit of God.
One of the evidence of the Holy Ghost is POWER!
Another evidence is THE EAGERNESS TO PREACH.
2nd Peter 1:3 reveals that what makes life meaningful is the power of God. We are earthen vessels (clay) so whatever you see a man accomplish is as a result of the power of God. No one can thrive in life outside the power of God.
No one can thrive in life outside the power of God. So when we see a man thriving, we are seeing a man that the power of God is alive in. You are seeing the aliveness of God’s power.
We have established the fact that the power of God is working and the power of God is mighty over time. So when you see a man that his thriving or a man that life is becoming meaningful, a power is responsible. As believers we have the power of God on our inside because the spirit of God lives on our inside.
Our life is powered up. Apostle Paul will say “I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” Galatians 2:20 NKJV.
We must be conscious of the power of God on our inside. We cannot survive life on our own. What believer should understand is that our lives are powered.
The understanding we should have is that the divine power of God is available unto us. And the bible says through his divine power, he has given us all things that pertain to life.
As a believer we must be conscious of the deposit of the power of God in our life and we should live consciously out of that understanding that our life is powered up, we are not ordinary, the spirit of God lives in our inside so the power of God is on our inside.
So the life we live, we live by the life of God in us. It is not longer us that lives but Christ in us. That is one of the evidences of the power of God. We can only thrive through the power of God.
Therefore, whatever people see us accomplish is not by our power. We are not supermen, we are men helped and empowered by the power of God. By extension all that concerns us are also empowered.
This is the mindset that we should have. The mindset of the empowerment of the spirit, life, and Grace of God.
God has not called us into a life of timidity or a weak life. So if he has not called us to a life of confusion, fear, and timidity then he has called us to an empowered life.
You are not strong, it is God that is strong through you, on the other hand, you are not feeble because of the power of God in your life. You carry the nature of God. The nature you have should reflect when men see you, they should see the DNA of God.
HOW DO YOU HAVE THE NATURE OF GOD?
The nature of God is a product of His Spirit. The Spirit of God is the power of God. So you can do all things through Christ that strengthens you.
The word ‘Regeneration’ is the word ‘Regene’, that is being recorded. You had a gene before, in Christ you pick up the gene of God . The only way you can be regened is that you have access to the nature of God. It is the nature of God that actually brings about the testimony of your regeneration.
Your mortal body is quickened by the life of God. You can not claim to be a believer that is spirit-filled and you claim that the Spirit of God that lives on your inside is the power of God and you live a weak life. There is no basis to trace a dull mind to God. You need to begin to reason that the level of mindset and productivity and understanding the frequency at which the mind of Adam was functioning was close to God. He was like a co-creator.
If Adam’s mind was that productive, versatile, fruitful and broad as he named all things then we don’t have a full understanding of what heaven is expecting and how our mind should function. We have not tapped into the dimension of how God wants our mind to function. The only clue we have to that is that we have divine nature. When you say you are born again, you have the Spirit of God on your inside and the Spirit of God on your inside is the power of God, that confers you the nature of God. So, nobody should have an engagement with your mind and relate it to dullness.
We should not belong to the school of thought that the Holy Ghost in us is only meant for speaking in tongues.
We can be at a crossroad at the place of work we need to come up with an idea. We can come out with an idea connecting to the source where we were crafted from.
What Adam named the animals is what we are still using today. He did this without referencing anyone. God never questioned his naming of the creatures.
Adam did not have opportunity to reference anybody it is just the mind of God. It is not something that started in the New Testament about creating man in the image of God.
What God had wanted is people that their minds are agile and no dullness of mind. The first man depicts the agility and soundness of man. If the first Adam was like that, what was the last Adam like?
1 Corinthians 15:45
And so it is written, The first Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit (KJV).
If the first Adam was that intelligent and that brilliant and versatile how much more the last Adam.
The only thing we should trace to us is supernatural intelligence. Any thing outside that does not represent His nature. This is because we are believers. We are born again. We have the power of God. What that Spirit in us come to do is to confer on us the divine nature.
Scriptures are written and truth is embedded in them. This starts by knowing and understanding what is written.
The believer should also celebrate the transformation of mind. The mind becomes as sharp.
If we can understand the mind of God we can know the mind of man. He can show us and teach us all things. We can learn things that ordinarily our minds cannot capture.
There is nothing we cannot understand. The psalmist says, he has more understanding than his teachers.
Psalm 119:99
I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation (KJV).
There is nothing we cannot capture since we have the spirit of God.
If the holy Spirit can give access to understand mystery then we can dissolve doubts.
We are carriers of the life of God so mediocrity can’t be traced to us.
We have the mind of Christ. His nature is in us.
